Dreadful company. Tags don’t track your pets but I was still willing to pay just case they went missing and someone found them. Lost one of cats and tried to cancel the subscription for her, wow, what a nightmare. Click cancel, get a list of things you are going to miss out on, click cancel/continue get a quite rude screen reminding you that you won’t be able to track them anymore, click continue and it just keeps going. No option to click on ‘deceased pet’ or something. Sent them an email telling how disgusting it was to force a grieving pet owner to this kind of treatment only to get an email back almost immediately sending me a link to complete the cancellation only you get an error every time you try. Avoid at all costs. Will have to advise my credit card that this payment is not to go through
