Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could. 25 lavender plants 10 perished a day after planting. Emailed customer services apart from a generated reply saying they will be in touch. I’ve heard nothing. I rang after 5 working days no answer. Message states customer services are busy answering emails. I do NOT RECOMMEND and will NOT use again. How this business is still operating is beyond me
