Warning ‼️ return items you need a printer and no one responds as you have to return to a 3 rd party

Purchased several item need to return an item I’m on my 3 rd day of messages. And emails no reply live chat Buisness chat told adviser will respond yet I’m still waiting hours later Buisness chat still waiting no human the returns have gone paperless only for them us the customer have to print a paper return if you can find how to return items. I will be ordering from anyone but Debenhams in future
