We have not been impressed so far for the following reasons:
The bedding is damp and smells of stale flannels, the van is dirty and generally smells. Tyre pressure warning came up within an hour of setting off.
Why is kitchen essentials an extra charge and also bedding? Surely this should be included in the price of hiring the campervan?
I feel that it is extremely poor that there is no contact number in case of an emergency and only the online help which is a waste of time. Also, reviews should be acknowledged!!
We are not happy customers!!
