Bought a La Cafetiere Pisa 3cup cafetiere and 6 weeks later the wooden handle began to discolour. Emailed Customer Services who responded in 2.5 hours and within 3 hours had arranged a replacement. Customer service as it should be. Well done to Marcus and the team.
