Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. The software and technology used are outdated and low-quality, with no support for Chrome OS users. To make matters worse, their management prioritizes new payments over existing customers, resulting in lost money and frustration. Until they address these issues, I'd advise against using their services.
