First of all the package were not delivered because YOU! forgot to write street number on your order details and for this reason the parcel got shipped without it and is now returning to us due to missing street number, we even informed you we would reship it free of charge to you, even though YOU made the mistake not us!. We simply cant be accountable for your mistakes and a then making an review directly luying about the problem caused by YOU of your incompetance and blaming us its simply not okay. I have been writing with you several times and i told you the package will be reshipped when returned by Packeta! Answer for update 10. 07. 202504:55 The parcel has arrived at the depot. Zavar, Prílohy 699/87 09. 07. 2025 is not in at our warehouse, this is at shippers "Packeta" Warehouse and they havent given it to us yet!. Google the adress and it will confirm the adress is not ours....
That said all these problems would never had happened if you just knew your own adress and entered it correctly. We have forwarded all the proff to revolut so they can see what is the truth behind these lies from you.
Answer for new update, sure and you could easy see the facts if you used google to check the adress you pasted your self, also i told you several times we would reship it, but you then said that we would just take the money and not reship it, which is also a lie, and we will not be model to the way you acted, its totaly against everything we stand for. You could reject the reshipped parcel, sure, but the issue is you entered wrong adress and we couldent ship a new parcel before the original parcel were returned, its that simple. The fault is totaly on your self and not on us.
