Strategic Partnerships Team Provided Evasive and Frustrating Support
I reached out to Benzinga’s Strategic Partnerships team with what should have been a straightforward question: does the Polygon API include full-text news articles?
Instead of a direct answer, I was sent vague marketing links and received non-committal replies like “this should cover what you're looking for.” I had to follow up multiple times, restate my questions, and eventually request a manager just to get a clear, technical confirmation.
This back-and-forth dragged on unnecessarily. For a company that claims to serve serious traders, I expected knowledgeable and transparent communication — especially from a group with "Strategic Partnerships" in the title. Unfortunately, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
If you value clarity and efficiency when making data-driven decisions, I’d caution you to temper your expectations here.
