From phone to door
I placed an order online and shortly afterwards received an email to confirm my order so you know it has been received. A couple of days I received another email to say that the order had been despatched and was on its way. The item was brilliant and I will be keeping it however, I knew that if the item was not really what I thought it would be, it would not be a problem to return it. The item was very good value compared to a lot of high street shops. Would definitely recommend
