The driver of the bus on our return journey overfilled the bus with passengers and suitcases. It was dangerously full. The suitcase hold area is too small on the buses and fills up fast. Suitcases end up in the aisles blocking seats. The lack of a middle door makes disembarking the buses difficult. All passengers must exit via the front of the bus which means some passengers must get off the bus temporarily with suitcases to let other passengers disembark and then get back on the bus to get to their stop.
