My Insurance cover did not arrive on time as in previous years by Mr Edward Conway. Only for I needed to use my car on Thursday this week and noticed that my disc was out of Date I would not have been any the wiser. My partner had a similar experience but in her case she had her premium paid and still no cert & disc received. Closing the Newcastlewest office was a major mistake on Gallagher’s behalf knowing how long it took to establish that Office by Mr Aidan Goggin RIP. and his excellent staff. My Company Insurance is also covered by Gallagher and I hope that we will not have a similar experience at year end.
