Avoid using this company who take your money.
I booked a 3 night stay on your website. When inputting the dates I selected a check in date of Friday 4th July and checkout Monday 7th July. However, when I came to pay for my holiday something went wrong on your website and it had changed the date of my booking to the 18th July. Your website did not inform me that the date had been changed, it was only when I received the confirmation email that I noticed the error. At no point during the completion processes did it inform me of any date change.
I tried to contact your customer services and was told that I was unable to change the date as there was no availability at the park I wanted. The customer service agent told me that the dates can change if there is no availability for the original date I wanted, but it does it without warning.
I asked them if I could get a voucher and was told I couldn’t, only that I could change the date or the park. This wasn’t beneficial to me as I was already in Scratby (I’m renovating my home and it’s been delayed, so I needed somewhere urgent to stay) hence why I didn’t pay for cancellation cover as I knew I would be using the booking.
I think it’s very unfair that your website changed the date without telling me. If I went onto a hotel website and the date I wanted wasn’t available it would tell me. It wouldn’t allow me to book it.
