I was skeptical based on a couple reviews, however in both cases I assumed errors may have been by the customer. I may have assumed incorrectly, but I decided to try genuine tools out.

My experience was just fine. I made a purchase and changed my mind within minutes of ordering and tried to cancel / change my order. I notified genuine tools right away and they said the item had already shipped. (They hadnt read my cancelation request until after the weekend) I returned it and received full credit. I ordered another item and then another and received both quickly with no problem. Im a satisfied customer. Prices were the best I could find online. Tools were actual Milwaukee brand. Delivery was prompt. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and professionally. I will buy again from genuine tools.

For what its worth its become too easy to trash companies online. I understand how frustrating it can be to feel as if you've been had, but in this day and age too many folks expect more and more from companies... Sometimes too much....

No I do not work for genuine tools . Im just a customer that wants a fair price on name brand tools and prompt service. I got exactly that.
