Customer service team always seem to go the extra mile
I wrote to the company earlier today to let them know that our latest bunch of flowers had wilted (and therefore been put in the bin) rather more quickly than usual, predominantly on account of the recent heatwave. They promptly wrote back and offered to send a replacement bunch at their expense even though we weren't asking for it at all - we were really just writing to let them know. Anyway it reminded me that the Customer Service team at this company really are one of the best you will come across - readily reachable, responsive, and always seemingly going the extra mile to keep customers happy.
