Redwood has so many options available and thus far, we have zero issues that weren’t related to something we did wrong in the build phase. We were fortunate to be able to visit the showroom and the sales manager was really helpful in making a decision. We optioned a more powerful heater when we ordered and our sauna heats to 80c in 60 minutes. The assembly process was easy enough, there are a few things to pay attention to with left and right side of the sauna. Additionally, the heater instructions are a little confusing, there are different versions delivered with the heater versus what is available on the heater manufacturer’s website. Overall the sauna does what we hoped and were informed it would do and when we had little issues during assembly the heater manufacturer was readily available to assist.
