Customer Service is 10/10

Ordering was seamless - I was super excited to receive my Ferrari hat, but then I got an email from DHL: pay a customs fee.

Reached out to the help email and got immediate response & support. The fee was a mistake by customs and Oliver from RaceWorks was able to ensure I got the hat without having to pay said customs mistake.

The responsiveness from Oliver & RaceWorks was 10/10. He was patient and worked with me, customs and DHL to get it sorted. And, got my hat and I couldn’t be more pumped.
