Customer service non existent. I ordered 2 large strawberry platters for a wedding dessert table. I was concerned about delivery as the order confirmation stated the delivery date could be changed at their discretion if need be. I tried several times to phone them but you just get continuous beeps as though it’s a discontinued line. Tried the chat line but wasn’t able to chat with anyone so I then emailed but had no reply at all. I had paid extra for delivery on the wedding day before 10.30am but I contacted DPD and was informed that they don’t guarantee that service. I asked if I could collect but was told I couldn’t, then asked to change the delivery address from my home address to the venue address but was told only Berry Bouquets can do that. Tried to contact them again but with no success. This all made for a very stressful wedding morning. The strawberries did in the end arrive just before 10.30 and were well packaged and looked and tasted amazing. It’s just such a shame that it is impossible to contact Berry Bouquets. Surely providing good customer service is as important as providing quality products.
