The DVD/ VCR combo came with dirty fingerprints and water spots all on the front. The remote top was covered in greasy grime. So bad that I didn't handle with bare ha ds. It was just Gross! Like this advertised "refurbished" electronic had been sitting in a garage or being used by someone with filthy hands and they just boxed it up and sold '
"as is"I had to spend time cleaning everything before I could use it. I chatted with someone from company after I opened the box. I sent photos also. They said they would forward to Q.C. that's the last I heard from them.
