Item never received
I purchased an item from this seller on 4/3/25. Shortly thereafter I received a tracking number and nine updates on shipment. The final update stated that my item was delivered to the front door in Denver Colorado on 4/21/25. Problem: I live in Plainville Connecticut. I sent an email to seller explaining the mix up. They responded with a new tracking number which stated that my item was delivered to Plainville Connecticut on 4/22/25. The seller told me to follow up with my local post office. I did and that tracking number did not belong to them. Further, they did not deliver item to my residence. I also have USPS informed delivery and they reported no mail delivered to me on 4/22/25. I filed a complaint with PayPal for refund. They closed my case citing with seller, based on second tracking number. Unfortunately no appeal can be made after case is closed. Evidence of possible fraud on the second tracking number was developed after case was closed. I would not buy from the seller.
