Very pushy
Very pushy. I took a look at the website and downloaded a brochure. The website collected contact data and they have been texting and calling me since despite being asked to stop.
If I had any interest, that is now gone as a result.
EDITED TO ADD:
The timeline stated in the reply from Tutorwiz below is not entirely accurate (2 texts, 2 calls and an email all within the space of 20mins. This was despite the fact that, after receiving the first text, I responded asking for no further contact and stated very clearly that I had not requested it).
As for GDPR compliance, none of these missives from Tutorwiz offered a link to unsubscribe and I ended up having to block them.

We are confused. This is not an observation we've met before.
For clarity, you volunteered your details when downloading our brochure from our website. We courteously acknowledged your interest via SMS. Two days later, we followed that up with a phone call and email. We simply wanted to ensure that all your questions were answered promptly, and, you were aware we offered a free consultation and a free, in-depth assessment for your children. Thereby helping you to make informed choices about tutoring.
In summary, we simply "collected data" that was offered voluntarily, processed it in a timely and courteous manner, all whilst complying with both GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 regulations.
If you found our approach pushy or overbearing, we can only apologise for the inconvenience.
