I have CFS/ME and I'm always on the look out for anything that will help increase my energy levels, beyond the usual supplements. After reading many glowing reviews I thought I'd give these a go. I'm so glad I did!! I was very patient and stuck it out for the full 3 months, which was about how long it took for me to really feel the benefits. I think it always takes longer for certain things to kick in if you're dealing with a chronic health condition.

I was actually very close to returning my remaining capsules for a refund at one point, and I even emailed them to arrange... (they were quick to respond and very helpful). Thankfully I decided to persevere and that last coupe of weeks was the breakthrough!

I am able to do SO MUCH MORE since taking these - all without having any kind of horrible PEM (post exertion malaise) afterwards! AMAZING.

Definitely worth giving it a go if you're patient enough to give it time.
