everything was going great until i asked for a refund which clearly says on the site they accept returns from new or used with (20% restocking fee) i sent back my item. they tell me they never sold this on their site its old. I told sent them screenshots from their website and now it’s “you sent a charger with a broken product” they stole my money and my merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. MY FIRST TIME BUYING TOOLS IS THIS YEAR. BUT NO NEED TO PROVE ANYTHING TO LYING THIEVES THAT’S STOLE MY RETURN PRODUCT. EVERYTHING WILL BE DISPUTED WITH MY BANK AND POLICE REPORT FILLED. THEFT IS THEFT

We accept all returns within 30 days but in this case, item returned was not the one we sent out. Customer used product for years, purchased a new one from us and returned to us a heavily-used, damaged item. Only items sold by us qualify for a return / refund.
