A fraught experience, but I got there in the end!
I wanted to buy the 'Family Offer' for Gladiators at the O2, but seats were disappearing as I was trying to work out how to use the site.
I couldn't find a 'Family Offer' option anywhere, and the question bot couldn't help me. In the end I just booked four tickets together (not sure how - swiping them?) and accepted I'd have to pay a non-discounted price. However, when I checked out, it was converted to a Family ticket. This was a great relief, but my experience would have been a lot less fraught if the procedure had been clearer from the start.
