I’ve been with outfox for a while now…

I’ve been with outfox for a while now they were terrible when I switched to a smart meter but got sorted in the end. They rebranded and changed their name and website at the time I was £300 in credit the next day when they changed their name I’m now £300 in debit a turnaround of £600. My last bill was £115 in credit and I’ve since paid £185 via direct debit hence £300 in credit. To many problems why?
