I had a new roof on my conservatory in February. Once I had paid the customer service ceased to exist
Two of my conservatory windows have broken, of course it's nothing to do with them, although 2 different window fitters and a builder stating it is the weight of the roof settling. One window shattered within 2 weeks
They sent someone out who said he would order parts. When I followed this up, they lied and said that this was not true
I never received my compliance certificate and had to ask about this when I rang in April
They apparently contacted me direct in March?? A lie.
I am still waiting for the certificate, and for them to get back to me about parts for the window

Do not trust them. Go elsewhere. Another window company warned me about them, I wish I had listened !!!!!

They suggested that I hadn't responded to them to get the compliance certificate and forwarded the emails that they allegedly sent to me. They sent them to a wrong email address. Showed themselves to be incompetent !! Neither did they send the certificate in time as per the legislation
