Ordered 4 x lupins from this award winning nursery. Described as potted 9 cm pot. Received 4 plug plants, in 9 cm pots with completely dry and loose soil with no root growth beyond the plug. Complained and was just told to plant them on and they will recover. 3 have since died. Have not had any response to further emails. Trading on their reputation. Avoid.
