Hozelock Fast Reel - Poor Delivery Service

Ordered a Hozelock 40m Fast Reel from these guys on Friday 23rd May 2025, item showed on their website as being in stock, received order confirmation then absolutely nothing until I chased them for an update on the 2nd of June, was advised that the delay was due to "Stock Issues" was then told that this would be delivered by Thursday 5th June, nothing received. Item finally arrives today 10/06/25. Poor communication, customer services couldn't give me exact delivery information and considering the cost of the item and the additional delivery charge expected better than a 2 and a half week wait for a hosepipe!
