I’m absolutely furious. I ordered a pair of shoes and two days later, the store cancelled my order without any explanation or warning — and without offering any kind of compensation. Just a refund, like that was supposed to fix everything. I was genuinely excited about the order, and now I’m left empty-handed. Because of this, I’m getting rid of every pair of shoes I own from this brand. I’ll never buy from them again, and I’ll make sure others know how unreliable and unprofessional they are. Extremely disappointed.
