I tried to login and it fails because after you write a reference number for some reason instead of just logging in, it starts asking you where you want to go. Like I don't want to go anywhere, I want to log in.

Ok problem, I'll try and reset my username password.cthats a big old no too. It started asking for my driver's license number. I've never put in my driver'sclicense number.

This site has to be one oft he worst made sites I've ever used. It's terrible. they really should look at just making it easier to sign in and navigate the site.
