The rethink drink programme has…changed my life
The rethink drink programme has positively changed my relationship with alcohol. From a position where I was drinking heavily nearly everyday I'm now in control of the amount I drink which has greatly changed my life for the better. The counselling from Matt has been excellent from someone who was in the same position as me. That combined with the prescribed naltrexone medication and I am a complete advocate of thr programme. Abstinence is not the only way to conquer alcohol dependency. I am living proof of that. This is a successfully trialled and ongoing alcohol reduction programme which can help many more like me

You’ve gone from drinking nearly every day to calling the shots yourself... I remember our first conversation & the thought of being able to control drinking felt so far away... And here we are!

Your point that abstinence isn’t the only route will echo for a lot of people unsure whether moderation can really work.
