5 stars for their product, minus 1000 stars for their management of VAT mistakes. I ended up having to pay VAT twice to get the products I urgently needed for my baby as they mislabeled the two packages this came in. So I am out an extra 40 pounds, and the team has sent confusing / non-responsive replies as this has dragged on for week.
