Cap on spray had not been secured properly, so all the liquid had leaked into the bag the bottle arrived in.

We’ve since reached out to you privately to apologise and explain that we identified a packaging issue affecting a small number of bottles during transit. We’ve now worked on improvements to prevent this from happening again.
