We’re so sorry to hear about the condition your Flea Spray arrived in. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a leaking product.

We’ve since reached out to you privately to apologise and explain that we identified a packaging issue affecting a small number of bottles during transit. We’ve now worked on improvements to prevent this from happening again.
