Selling same plant at different prices. When I asked for a refund due to getting two of the same plants (obviously not my intention) they refunded the difference of £1 instead of the whole cost. Now I have two identical plants...the others in the order are lovely, healthy and were delivered quickly.

Regarding the two plants you received—Chinese Evergreen and Red Zirkon—these are both part of the Aglaonema genus and are included within our Lil' Prickle range. Whilst they do share similarities, they’re listed separately due to their distinct colouring and individual appeal. We understand that receiving two plants that appear similar wasn’t your intention, and we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused when ordering.
As part of our resolution, we refunded the £1 price difference to match the other plants in the Lil' Prickle range. This was done to reflect the pricing accurately and fairly across our product listings.
