I thought I was getting the disposable…
I thought I was getting the disposable Elf bars that I usually get. I was disappointed that I got the reusable ones instead and now I can’t get them, as they are against the law from Sunday. This is not what I thought I was getting

We are very sorry to hear your order didn't arrive as ordered.
This may have happened due to stock being in the wrong place in our warehouse, I will contact our warehouse team to investigate this.
We completely understand your frustration with this, especially with the ban now in place and you were hoping to get some more disposables before the ban date.
