I have to say so far I have had nothing but good experiences purchasing through Reverb. The merchants and sellers are helpful and willing to answer questions without judgement. I feel that if I do have a problem that it will be handled fairly and prompt. If not, I will purchase elsewhere on the merchants own sites and rely on my credit cards' dispute departments. The only way a system like this works if all parties are open and honest.
