Looks like a scam company
I ordered plugins from Hiseotools (order IDs 3122 and 3133), but they were all nulled. I found out about them later, and then I contacted support, and they banned me from the chatbox. I disputed with PayPal, but I found later that it was not a legitimate PayPal; they were using a fake one, and the person holding it is from Bangladesh.
Based on my experience, I’d advise not to buy Hiseotools plugins they are lot real and you might get scam like me.

It appears there was a mix-up with the order ID you provided. The correct orders in question are #4548 and #4547. You purchased MainWP Unlimited Sites, WPForms Elite Lifetime (Unlimited Sites), WPVivid Unlimited Sites, and LoginPress Pro Unlimited Sites. We delivered original lifetime licenses for all products, and you have successfully used these licenses on your websites.
When you requested a refund for WPVivid, we promptly processed it. Subsequently, you requested refunds for WPForms Elite and LoginPress Pro, while wanting to retain the MainWP license. Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital license delivery, once a license has been issued, it cannot be revoked or returned, as stated in our refund policy on the product pages.
You then opened a case with PayPal requesting refunds for all purchased items, including MainWP. PayPal reviewed the case and ultimately ruled in our favor, in line with our clearly stated refund policy.
If you encounter any issues with the provided licenses within the next five years, please reach out to us at any time. We are committed to replacing any keys if necessary.
