Banned?

Played last night, I won. I made a withdrawal. Today I go to log in and it says I'm banned. I asked chat why I'm banned and they said I have 2 accounts. My log in info is saved and I have made a withdrawal before. They can't confirm the email they said I have the duplicate account with. My wife tried to log into her account and its banned as well. So your spouse cant have an account of their own. So my withdrawal is forfeited and my account banned. This is straight up BS. They can't fix the issue. But they can take my deposit. They dont want to help because I won.
