Extremely poor service, serious damages, no accountability

I strongly advise others to avoid using Aeon Shipping, there are more professional, transparent, and respectful alternatives out there.

I used Aeon Shipping to transport my vehicle from Dubai (UAE) to Suez (Egypt), and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

Upon delivery, the car arrived in an appalling condition:

-One rear seat was ripped
- Both roof racks were broken
- A key was missing
- The vehicle had multiple visible scratches

These are not minor damages one might expect during shipping, they reflect serious negligence and unprofessional handling. Ripping a seat and damaging roof racks are simply inexcusable. I submitted a formal complaint with photo evidence, but received no response whatsoever, even after 20 days.

Worse still was the lack of coordination during the process. The agent, Omar, shipped my car without notifying me, failed to provide any timely updates, and ignored multiple requests for basic information. When I asked him repeatedly for updates to coordinate my customs clearance, he responded sarcastically, implying he couldn't control "when the truck driver goes to the toilet." Because of their disorganization, I incurred over $400 in additional customs fees.

This company markets itself as a reliable logistics provider, but in my experience, it was the exact opposite: disorganized, dismissive, and completely unaccountable. The lack of customer support and failure to take responsibility for clear damage is deeply disappointing.
