I parked my car at Malpensa
I parked my car at Malpensa. Transfer service was very good. However, upon return I had to notice that an amount of approx. 35 Euro was stolen from the glove box. There was no reaction from the staff when I told them that money got stolen. So this means that any belongings you might leave or forget in the car are not safe from the long fingers of king parking‘s agents

Good morning, like everyone in all car parks and custody contracts, we are not responsible for what is left in the car. Obviously not for excuses, but rightly so because instead of scanning only the car at the body level, the entire car should be scanned internally, reporting everything that is and is not there. As you can well understand, it is absolutely not possible to do this and for this reason we are absolutely not responsible for the goods left internally as a protection of the Company against those who could charge us for anything, non-existent. We are sorry for what happened and we will report it anyway but you will see that you will remember badly because our staff would never allow it and we have everything under video surveillance.
