I would like to share my experience…

I would like to share my experience with JAmining. The beginning was really great, I tried the minimum starting contracts and everything looked very good and interesting. Deposits without problems, even withdrawals were successful once. However, when I shared this cloud mining with my friends and sent them invitation links, problems arose. The system started evaluating multi-accounts, which are illegal according to the terms. Unfortunately, it is not possible to prove that this is not true and the accounts of all people in the team are blocked for 3 months. Unfortunately, it is not possible to find out from their support what specifically happened and they constantly accuse you of violating the rules without telling you exactly what is wrong. So now we have to wait 3 months for the account to be unblocked and we must not commit any further violations of the rules where the account is at risk of being completely locked. So for me, a big disappointment and probably a possible loss of funds. 😱🫤👎

I would like to add my experience with this application based on testing other similar applications. My recommendation is: do not use a team program that can cause you the above problems, which then do not apply to you but to the entire team... Which is very unfair because the other people in the team cannot defend themselves even though they have not violated anything. In my opinion, it is an unfair practice because you cannot influence the actions of each individual. There is no possibility in the application to remove such a member from the team. Therefore, the algorithm can evaluate illegal content indefinitely and you no longer have access to your funds. And not only you, but the entire team. The summary is that I do not want to harm this application in any way, but I want to share my experience of how little is enough to be accused of illegally created accounts and there is no possibility to defend yourself... the IP address argument is insufficient... However, I will wait 3 months to unblock the account and I will inform you here about my real experience of how it ultimately turned out. I believe that JAmining's response will be constructive and not threatening, and they will understand that I am not trying to harm their company, but rather to improve their services and application to avoid misunderstandings. We have received your feedback about the account being restricted, and have conducted a systematic review and data verification of the situation you described. We regret to inform you that your account and the accounts of your team members have seriously violated the platform rules, including:

1. Registering multiple accounts using the same IP address or device;

2. Using the invitation mechanism to manipulate multiple accounts to obtain improper benefits;

3. Violating the "prohibition of multiple account registration" and "prohibition of forging identity information" clauses clearly stated when registering on the platform.

The platform's terms of service clearly state:

"Whether you create multiple accounts, retain invalid information during account creation, or attempt to commit fraud on the platform, your account will be frozen, and its account access and login functions will be closed."

This is not a "misjudgment" of the system, but a risk identification based on actual technical data. The platform will not compromise on any such violations, nor will it delegate system risk control authority to individuals for interpretation.

Please understand: Such violations will seriously undermine the normal operation order and user fairness of the platform, and the system's automatic freezing mechanism has been triggered. Your account will be in a 3-month observation period, which is already a lenient treatment.

We solemnly remind you: If you try to register or violate the rules again during the observation period, the platform will be permanently frozen and no longer accept appeals.

We recommend that you and your team members strictly abide by the platform's compliance regulations in the future. Malicious comments and confusion will not only not help solve the problem, but will affect your and your associated accounts' future appeal opportunities.
