Chloe was a breath of fresh air as my experience, in the past, with SP has been terrible. She was attentive, showed empathy, and offer a good will gesture for the recent bad experience my Grandmother had experienced. Also, I'm very pleased to hear on the IVR message that I would be speaking to someone from Glasgow, my home city. Bringing back your customer service team to the UK is a positive move.
