The Worst Customer Service
I ordered the Zoe test kit a while ago and my email clearly states that my membership would be activated once I completed my test. I tried to start my test the other day wasn't able to log onto the app. I contacted the help desk who informed me that my membership had been cancelled and I couldn't do the test I had paid for without spending more money. I have asked them several times how something I never activated could be cancelled and they have just stopped responding.
Now I've spent £299 on nothing and can't get a response from Zoe
