Be careful with this company, they cold called me and asked if somebody could come round and do a survey which I agreed to. Their surveyor came round and had a look in my loft and took photos and advised me of some problem areas which I was grateful for and will take on board. He then got a bit upset when I said I would think about it and didn’t want to agree to him undertaking multiple thousands of pounds worth of work there and then.
