I bought the Freya greenhouse last year but didn't pay for the company to install it (big mistake as the instructions are quite tricky according to the three different people trying to put it together for me). A couple of small parts were missing but I contacted Robbie at Vitavia this week and the new parts are on their way as we speak. Thank you for your wonderful speedy service and help.
