Joining Rethink Drink is probably one of the best things I have ever done. Having heard about The Sinclair Method I just thought Rethink Drink was to provide the tablets I needed. How wrong I was. The support Matt offered during my journey was invaluable. At times I thought I couldn't do it Matt gave me the strength to carry on.

And I made it. As a result of undertaking The Sinclair method with Rethink Drink for the first time in 66 years I have a completely different relationship with alcohol - I don't need it!
