Very easy to use, booking was a doddle, paid for the extra insurance as car was brand new so wanted extra reassurance but wasn't needed as loads of space & great prices too, extremely cheap, very appealing to use instead of paying an extra £25 for the convenience of being closer, the 10min walk was to the hotel was worth saving money
