Seems like we've all had the same issues.
They're excellent at passing the buck.
Never technical issues on their end, always say it's a problem with my phone, tablet, internet connection, the browser I'm using...but never them...smh
...and the date of this review is just one day of many days this happens, in other words it's not an isolated event.
