The tracking feature is best. I recall time, when I use to look for someone to deliver my parcels, spending my nerves on how it’s going with the shipment, any updates on the order and current status. The system very smart and elaborate there. I choose the delivery, get the track and follow the execution. Simple, but works well. Free advice: They should increase the max kg allowance, in future;)
