The communication has been really poor
The communication has been really poor. It takes a long time for them to find a coach, and they often get my information wrong, making me repeat it over and over again.
If you don't call them every day to remind them to find a coach, they won't do it on their own. It's really frustrating to have to keep following up just to get things moving.

Sometimes there is a waiting time because we are waiting for replies from our coaches because we have to communicate with them as well to see if they have the time or the capability to offer the help you need.
