Planty meals are varied, tasty and ideal for elderly Vegans like myself. I have better things to do than food shopping and slaving over a hot stove in my retirement. After defrosting overnight, I often re-heat the meals in a saucepan, especially the curries. The al dente textures of the vegetables are great. I really like the lentils and nuts used.
